Polish Real Estate Holding (PHN) is partnering with Marriott International to develop its first hotel and office scheme called Projekt Wilanowska. An agreement has been signed with Global Hospitality Licensing. The hotel component will connect two brands: a traditional hotel concept by Marriott International called MOXY and RESIDENCE INN long-term stay apartments. Located on Wilanowska street in Warsaw, next to Galeria Mokotów, the project will add a total of 23,000 sqm of commercial space to the capital. Completion is set for 2020.
