LBBW Immobilien acquired office buildings IV and V called Westend Carré located at Gervinusstrasse in Frankfurt. The vendor of the properties, in a deal whose price tag was not disclosed, was Deka. The investments offer 4,126 sqm and 2,757 sqm of office space, which the company plans to refurbish over the next few years. The remaining properties in the office block were acquired a year ago by IVG Institutional Funds from Tishman Speyer. Grothmann Klemm Kullack Fuchs advised the buyer during transaction process.
