Greenbelt, Maryland-based Sunshine Hospitality has acquired the newly completed Residence Inn by Marriott in Doral for $16.2 million. Located at 3450 N.W. 91st Ave., on a 2.3-acre site the six-story, the 129-room hotel traded for $125,581 per room. The property was sold by Miami-based RI Doral LLC. The buyer assumed a $14.3 million mortgage from Miami-based TotalBank.
