Dentons has advised Globe Trade Centre S.A. in acquisition of Duna Tower, an office building located in Budapest’s Váci Corridor. The seller is Duna Tower Ingatlanhasznosító és Kereskedelmi Korlátolt. The property comprises 31,500 sqm plus a 3-floor underground garage with 400 parking spots. The purchase takes GTC Hungaryʼs total office portfolio up to 118,000 sqm of gross leasable area. GTCʼs portfolio in Budapest includes major “A” category office buildings like Center Point, GTC Metro and Spiral.
