Insite acquires CoCo Key Water Resort in Orlando

A subsidiary of real estate investment and development company InSite Group has purchased the CoCo Key Water Resort in Orlando for $15.1 million. Located in the heart of the city’s tourist district on International Drive, the 399 room hotel traded for just under $37,845 per room. Built in the 1970s, the hotel and grounds underwent a major renovation in 2008 after it was purchased buy the seller, CNL LIfestyle Properties. In addition to the hotel, the asset has attached water attractions that includes several slides and pools that are open to both hotel guests and the general public.
