Avision Young, based out of Toronto Canada, has landed its second major leasing assignment in the past two weeks with three class A buildings in the Gran Park at the Avenues in Jacksonville. Located on Southside Boulevard, the 240,000 sq ft office space is owned by Fairlead Commercial Real Estate. Last week, the company announced that Crocker Brothers had retained them to lease the 12-building Flagler Business Center in Jacksonville.
Avision Young opened its first Florida office three years ago and now employs 150 while representing 26 million square feet of office and industrial space.
