Vier Metropolen acquired a 3,382 sqm plot near Schlosspark Biebrich in Wiesbaden on which it plans to develop a new residential project. The scheme will offer 380 units in several three-story tower blocks. The project will also feature 33 condominiums, which Vier Metropolen plans to sell for approximately €13m. Total project costs are expected to hit €167m.
