Aventura-based real estate investment fund, Adler Kawa Real Estate Advisors, has acquired the Yamato Office Center in Boca Raton for $32.25 million. The two building complex totals 170,930 square feet of leasable space located at 1001 W. Yamato Road. Built in 1986 on a 10 acre site, the asset traded for $189 per square foot. The seller, an affiliate of California-based American Realty Advisors, bought the buildings in 1990 for $12.93 million. CBREās Christian Lee, Charles Foschini and Christopher A. Apone assisted Adler Kawa with the deal and financing. The transaction was financed with a $21.55 million mortgage provided by PNC Bank.
