Oak Tree Management plans to build an 18-unit condo tower on a site it purchased in 2014 called The Wave on Bayshore. The 18-unit condo tower would be located at 620 Bayshore Drive, across the street from the waterfront of the Intracoastal Waterway in Fort Lauderdale. The eleven story building will have 16 condos with two or three bedrooms and two full-floor penthouses ranging from 1,974 square feet to 3,566 square feet. The plans include a vertical lift parking system with two spaces per unit along with a saltwater pool, sun deck and club room. Due for completion in 2017, the project was designed by architect Art Bengochea. Douglas Elliman has been selected as the exclusive broker.
