The German-based Steigenberger Hotel Group has opened its first property in the United Arab Emirates. The hotel is located in central Dubai and offers 367 rooms, four restaurants, conference space as well as leisure facilities including a fitness center and a pool terrace. The property is owned by Twenty14 Holdings, the hospitality investment arm of Abu Dhabi-based retail giant LuLu Group International.
