Vonovia aims to acquire IVV Immobiliengruppe and expand its position in German residential property, and third-party real estate management. The transaction should be closed by the end of this year. The parties have agreed to keep the sales price confidential. With 16,000 residential units, IVV is one of Germany’s largest building management company and service providers. In October, Vonovia acquired the real estate manager and service provider O-TEC, a deal set to take effect by the end of the year.
