Miami City Self Storage has submitted plans for a new storage facility with the Planning and Zoning Board of the city Pembroke Pines. The three-story, 100,000-square-foot self-storage facility would be located on a 2.85-acre site at 18460 Pines Blvd. The land is owned by the city, but would be sold to the Miami-based developer if the zoning application is approved. Started in mid-2014 with plans for six facilities in Miami-Dade County, Miami City Self Storage has now ventured into Broward County.
