The city of Bratislava has launched a tender to develop rental flats. The project, consisting of two nine-story houses with 120 flats is to be built in the Dúbravka district. The city plans to develop several rental residential projects which it intends to offer to young families and senior citizens at reasonable rents. The cost of the investment in Dúbravka, which includes project documentation, development and construction of the apartment houses, has been estimated in the vicinity of €8.524m. Price and completion term are the key criteria in the tender.
