P3 has signed a pre-lease with Carrefour for 81,000 sqm of warehouse space at P3 Bucharest for what will become the retailer’s logistics hub. This will included refrigerated space and 15,000 sqm of existing warehouse.
“It’s one of the biggest contracts finalized by P3 this year on the logistics market in Central and Eastern Europe,” said P3’s CEO Ian Worboys, whose company acquired P3 Bucharest earlier this year. The legal team of Tuca Zbarcea & Associates was involved in the transaction, as were consultants of CBRE.
P3 logistic park is located at km 13 on the A1 motorway, and is currently fully occupied. It has additional land that allows for the construction of an additional 114,000 sqm of warehouse space.
