One of Europe’s leading online fashion platforms, Zalando, is planning to create an office campus in the Anschutz area in Berlin. The new campus, made up of two buildings of 29,000 and 13,000 sqm, is being designed by the architectural company Henn Office. The buildings will be constructed and managed by Münchner Grund Immobilien Bauträger. Work is expected to get underway during the second quarter of 2016, with completion of both buildings scheduled for 2018.
