Warsaw launches bid for Porta Varsovia plot

The city of Warsaw has launching a bid for two prime office plots located in the city’s CBD on Emilii Plater street. The asking price for the 11,000 sqm of land has been set at PLN 210m. Two high school buildings currently standing on the land will be replaced according to zoning documents by a project known as Porta Varsovia which consists of two 180 meter office towers. The city unveiled its plans for the 52,000 sqm scheme some time ago based upon a design completed by the studio V-Projekt Polska. Bidders have until Dec. 8 to submit their offers.
