4 Invest is preparing to launch its Nowy Spichlerz project, set to go up in the center of Gdańsk, at the corner of Chmielna, Żytnia and Spichrzowa streets. Located on 1.5 ha plot, the mixed-use scheme includes a six-storey, high-end apartment building, as well as 8,000 sqm of office building and a new hotel. While refusing to provide details about the hotel scheme, the investor did reveal it would operate under the Ibis Budget brand.
