Last spring, Italian real estate investor, Nusco Group has restarted the construction work for the 32-unit residential project, located in Luca Stroici neighborhood, Bucharest.
On a 1,500 sq. m plot, Nusco Imobiliare, the real-estate division of Nusco Group is investing in two apartment buildings, identified as A and B blocks with flats of two, three and four-rooms.
Designed on 10 levels with a street front, unit B comes with a two level underground parking, reachable through the ground floor room, while apartments with high quality amenities and finishes are housed in the upper floors of the building.
Structured on 8 levels, Unit A is designed purely for luxury residential apartments, with single, secure entrance which passes through a common yard of the two buildings.
Within this project, Nusco has contracted a construction consultancy company with over 9 years of experience – Vitalis Consulting, in order to provide project and cost management services, site inspection services, as well as health and safety services.
Vitalis also coordinated the preconstruction phase, by organizing the tender phase for design team as well as for general contractor, design coordination, planning and budgeting, defining contracts closeout procedure, etc.
A 9 MEUR investment, Nusco Residential Park is a project designed both to develop residential market in Bucharest, but mainly to ensure high-quality, modern housing estate, adapted to today’s urban lifestyle of the residence of our capital.
