Benson Elliot Capital Management LLP, Walton Street Capital L.L.C. and Algonquin SA secured €215m in cross-border financing from Aareal Bank AG for the acquisition of a European hotel portfolio. The properties include four hotels in top locations across the Europe, including the Le Méridien Grand Hotel in Nuremberg, the Westin Palace in Milan, the Westin Europa & Regina in Venice and the Hotel Pullman Paris Centre Bercy in Paris.
