Skanska Property Poland has launched another office project in the city of Wrocław. Called Green 2Day, the scheme will add 17,000 sqm of new space to Szczytnicka street. The investor expects to have the project completed by the end of 2017. The scheme is a continuation of Green Day offices, delivered on the neighboring plot. The project is expected to secure a LEED Gold certificate.
In the meantime, the company is undergoing a leadership reshuffle, with the head of the Polish division, Katarzyna Zawodna, promoted to lead Skanska Commercial Development Europe (CDE). Arkadiusz Rudzki will take over as CEO of the company’s operations in Poland.
