AXA Investment Managers acquired Leik, a prime mixed-use building in Kiel, from Centrum. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Located on Holstenstrasse, the building offers 12,077 sqm of leasable space. The property was built in 1960 and recently underwent a thorough renovation. The property’s retail space is fully leased, while most of the office space is occupied by public institutions.
