A group of 13 Czech developers has established a new professional organization called the Association of Developers. The main goal of the organization is to improve the reputation of developers and to lead an open dialogue with the public and city officials. The idea to establish the association came from Serge Borenstein of Karlin Group. Jan Ludvík of Karlin Group is the chairman of the board of the newly formed association, while Omar Koleilat, director of Crestyl, and Marie Passburg, head of Skanska Property, are vice chairs. The funding members of the association are AFI Europe Czech Republic, Atkins and Longford development, Central Group, Crestyl, Daramis, Finep Holding, HB Reavis Group, Karimpol Group of Companies, Karlín Group, Passerinvest Group, Skanska Property, Star Group and Ungelt Partners.
