Yokogawa Europe BV renewed its lease on 1,350 sqm at Novo Park in northern Bucharest. The company has been headquartered at the office park since 2007. This is the third time its extended its lease. The new contract runs through 2021.
Nova Park was developed by Genesis Development, headed by Liviu Tudor.
Tenants include Hewlett-Packard, Mondel Romania (formerly Kraft Foods), Garanti Bank, Ringier, Sodexo, Infineon Technologies, Yokagawa, Luxoft and UniCredit.
