One Daytona, the mixed-use retail, dining and entertainment project being built across from the Daytona International Speedway, has selected Hollywood, Fla.-based Prime Group as its residential partner. The plan calls for a 250-unit rental apartment community spread over a four-story midrise campus on the east side of the property, along with a garden-style complex northwest of the Cobb Theatres. The $236.1 million first phase of One Daytona is being developed by International Speedway Corp. with consultancy services from Legacy Development. It’s slated for completion by 2017.
