Jorge Sena Ponce has been appointed managing director of Iberian Corestate Capital Advisors. He was previously a senior advisor at the Madrid office of Cerberus Capital Management, where he was responsible for deal sourcing and underwriting in all sectors on the Spanish market. During his 30 years on the real estate market, Ponce has advised financial entities, real estate investment funds and property companies and has been involved with a wide range of international projects and multinational companies.
