Alduwaliya Asset Management buys property at 100 New Bridge Street in London

The UK-based investment company Alduwaliya Asset Management acquired an office building at 100 New Bridge Street in London for €205m. The vendor is Hamburg-based Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate, which acquired the property in 2010 from the Degi International open-ended fund for GBP 110m. The building was developed in 1992 and offers 15,600 sqm. The law firm Baker & McKenzie is the anchor tenant.
