Forte Partners is investing €10m in an 8,000 sqm office building in Bucharest’s District 2. The nine-story project will offer 865 sqm per floor and 158 parking spaces. The ground floor will offer 261 sqm of retail space.
Construction is set for completion in the third quarter of next year.
Lauster & Radu designed the scheme. The general contractor is ACMS, while Knight Frank Romania is the project’s exclusive agent.
