Emannuel Gluntz joins JLL in Prague

Emannuel Gluntz is the new head of property and asset management at JLL for the Czech Republic and CEE. He replaces Pavel Scháňka. Gluntz comes to JLL from Klepierre Czech Republic, where he was a managing director for Central Europe. He oversaw four subsidiaries as well as the financial and operational results of the company’s CE portfolio. Prior to that, he was the head of asset management for Central Europe and the country manager for the Czech Republic at AEW Europe. He has managed real estate assets across Central Europe, including Nový Smíchov and Myslbek in Prague, West End Business Center and MomPark in Budapest, America house in Bucharest and the Wola Park, Klif and Sadyba shopping centers in Warsaw.
