Alstria sold two properties in Frankfurt and Magdeburg. The Frankfurt investment, located at Emil-von-Behring-Straße 2, sold for €12.8m, while the Magdeburg property, located at Halberstädter Straße 17, sold for €6.2m. Alstria also sold five other properties in Ditzingen and Munich. The sales boosted the company’s profits from €18.9m to €24.1m between January and September.
