Eurobank Bulgaria AD (Postbank) acquired Alpha Bank’s Bulgarian network, which includes €261m in deposits, a €307m loan portfolio and 82 branches. The deal boosts Postbank’s network to more than 200 branches throughout the country and more than 3,000 employees, making it the fourth largest bank in Bulgaria in terms of deposits and loans.
