LandSouth Construction, has commenced construction on the $19.3 million Integra Lakes at Concord Village apartments in Casselberry, Fla. Located in downtown Casselberry at 88 Triplett Lake Dr. on a 7.5 acre site the project will feature 203 units spread out over a total of 284,628 square feet. The four building complex will have 13 different floor plans will range in size from 526 to 1,298 square feet. The community is being developed by Land Company of Lake Mary, Fla. with Associated Consulting International of Winter Park, Fla provided the architecture work. The construction time table is expected to take 16 months. LandSouth Construction is based in Jacksonville, Fla. and specializes in multifamily, senior housing and mixed-use development.
