Wieczór zwieńczył najbardziej owocne 12. miesięcy dla lokalnego rynku nieruchomości od czasu kryzysu, na co wskazuje imponująca ilość nominowanych w tym roku projektów.
Po raz drugi HB Reavis odebrał nagrodę dla dewelopera roku, i dodatkowo wyróżnienie dla swojego warszawskiego projektu Postępu 14.
