Vastint laid the cornerstone of the Timpuri Noi Square mixed-use project in the Bucharest city center. The project will feature up to 100,000 sqm of office and retail space and a 50,000 sqm residential garden community.
Construction of the first two buildings is underway, with completion planned for the beginning of 2017. The first phase it set to add 50,000 sqm of class A office space and 3,000 sqm of retail space to the Bucharest market.
