MLP Group is launching its first on-spec project in the city of Poznań. The 10,000 sqm facility is expected to be delivered in the second quarter of 2016. MLP’s Polish portfolio includes four existing logistics parks: MLP Pruszków I, MLP Pruszków II, MLP Poznań and MLP Lublin. A fifth park, MLP Teresin, is underway.
“Sentiments in the industrial sector are highly positive. We see significant demand from investors, and we expect it to grow further. This is why we made the decision to build on-spec, as we want to have available projects in our portfolio,” says Radosław Krochta, general director of MLP.
