Skanska sells Corso Court to Invesco

2 November 2015

Skanska Property sold Corso Court in Prague to Invesco Real Estate. Invesco purchased the project on behalf of a German separate-account client. The price of the transaction was not disclosed. This is the second deal between Skanska Property and Invesco on Prague’s office market, following Invesco’s acquisition of Riverview last year. Corso Court, designed by Ricardo Bofill, is located in Prague 8-Karlín. The project, which secured a use permit in July, offers 17,200 sqm of office space and is fully leased to Skanska and Expedia. The project was designed to receive LEED Platinum certification. Invesco was advised by Colliers International in the transaction, while Cushman & Wakefield represented Skanska. Wilson and Partners were legal advisors for the buyer, with Dentons acting for the seller.
