YMP Center Court LLC, managed by Moshe Popack in Miami Beach and Joseph Popack in Brooklyn, New York, has acquired the Center Court Apartments in North Miami for $25.5 million. The seven-building 588 unit apartment complex stands on a 14.8-acre site located at 14695 N.E. 18th Ave. The eight-story complex totals 606,000 square feet and includes two tennis courts, two basketball courts, a swimming pool, and a recreation area. The seller, Yale-Steam Corp., bought the property in 2011 for $16.98 million. The deal was financed with a $21 million mortgage from Mercantil Commercebank.
