AHS Development Group, a Miami-based developer led by Ernesto Lopes, has secured a $11 million construction loan from TD Bank. The new development, The Village at Lake Osborne, will be a 118 unit Key West-style apartment complex located between Interstate 95 and South Congress Avenue at 2430 Lake Worth Road. AHS Development bought the 4.8-acre site, in Lake Worth, out of foreclosure in 2013 for $1.25 million.
