In Group has acquired Raab Karcher in the Czech Republic and Hungary from Saint-Gobain. The supplier of construction materials operates 53 stores in the Czech Republic and 30 in Hungary. Pavol Kollár, the owner of In Group, operates the Stavmat Stavebniny chain on the Czech market. The Stavebniny network includes 21 stores. It currently ranks fourth on the Czech market in terms of stores and revenue. Following the Raab Karcher takeover, Stavebniny will rank second.
