Skanska started selling flats at Botanica K, the first residential building in the Czech Republic that has a system for recycling “grey water” — water from showers, bathtubs and sinks that is cleaned and then used to flush toilets. Residents will be able to save 6,000 liters of potable water every day, or CZK 168,000 annually.
The seven-story building is part of the Botanica residential complex Skanska has been gradually developing in Prague 5-Jinonice. Botanica K will offer 99 units ranging from one to five rooms on 35 to 121 sqm. Prices start at CZK 2,277,400 for a one-room studio.
