Lennar Corp will go before the Royal Palm Beach Planning and Zoning Board with plans for a new single family home development. Located on a 154-acre site at 980 Crestwood Blvd., the plans call for the construction of 385 homes. The city has concluded a contract with Lennar to buy the property, a former waste water treatment plant, for $35 million. Lennar is the largest homebuilder in South Florida.
