J&T Real Estate is planning to renovate the former Koliba film studios in Bratislava into a high-end residential project. The company wants to build 117 two- to three-room flats in the former film studios. Costs are expected to run to €13m. The project is scheduled for completion in two years, but J&T spokeswoman Katarína Krajňáková told Hospodárske noviny that the completion date may change. The project is currently in the EIA process. J&T acquired the film studios seven years ago, when it bought a 65-percent stake in the company Štúdio Koliba.
