Four of the recently completed facilities by Prologis around the Czech capital have received BREEAM certifications, including two “Excellent” ratings. Prologis Park Prague-Airport DC1, a 30,000 sqm speculative distribution facility, has been certified as BREEAM Excellent. Prologis Park Prague-Jirny DC7, a 12,350 sqm build-to-suit production facility for Demoautoplast, also earned a BREEAM Excellent rating, while Prologis Park Prague-Airport DC2, a 32,100 sqm build-to-suit facility for Červa, was certified as BREEAM Very Good. A BREEAM Good rating went to Prologis Park Prague-Jirny DC5, a 31,730 sqm BTS facility for Mall.cz.
Goldbeck was the general contractor for Prologis Park Prague-Airport DC2 and Prologis Park Prague-Jirny DC7 and DC5, while HSF System served as the general contractor for Prologis Park Prague-Airport DC1. ARCADIS CZ was the sustainability consultant on all four projects.
