Rotar Residence has started construction on 1,300 apartments in Bucharest. Rotar Park Residence will be located in the west of the capital, near the Pacii metro station. Costs are expected to top €10m. The scheme will feature five buildings, which will go up in four phases. The first phase will include 284 apartments, said Adrian Bejan, the project’s sales representative.
