Chicago-based Ridge Development, the industrial property arm of Transwestern Development Co., has secured a $12.43 million construction loan to build a distribution center in Medley. The new project, called the Airport North Logistics Center, is located on a 9.75-acre site at 9001, 9051 and 9101 N.W. 87th Ave. The building will feature 32-foot clear ceilings , a building depth of 235 feet, 72 trailer drops and 46 dock-high doors. The three year loan, provided by JPMorgan Chase Bank, can be extended for another two years beyond that. The building is slated for completion in the summer of 2016.
