26 October 2015

Česká spořitelna is offloading the portfolios of its two property funds, Czech and Slovak Property Fund and CPDP, after ten years. Media reports claim the bank has put Galerie Myšák on the market, a mixed use complex on Vodičkova street in Prague 1, in which the CPDP fund holds 68 percent. Other properties to be made available are the headquarters of the Bankovní institute in Prague 5 Stodůlky, Office Park Nové Butovice and an industrial development site in Kladno. CPDP recently sold the Oáza Kladno shopping center in the city of Kladno to a private Chinese investor.
