Metrostav SK has relaunched the sale of flats in 3nity project in Bratislava. The new investor has rebranded the residential complex as CityPark Ružinov and has changed the focus of the non-residential space in the project. Flats in the completed first tower of the complex are on offer for between €2,100 to €2,300 per sqm, down as much as 20 percent from prices set by the original developer, Vara.
Metrostav took over ownership of the project, which it was building for Vara, when the mixed-use portion of the structure collapsed. No one was injured in the catastrophe, however, the project went bankrupt. Metrostav made the necessary structural engineering adjustments to the project’s design and plans to complete the last of the three towers in 2018.
