Spain auctions off two state properties in Madrid for €24.3m

Segipsa, a Spanish state company for real estate management, has auctioned off a palace on the Paseo de la Castellana and RTVE’s former headquarters on Paseo de la Habana in Madrid for a total of €24.3 million in total. The public company put the two assets, plus a floor on Calle Serrano, on the market for €19 million back in September. The Palacete de Moreno Benítez covers a surface area of 1,341 sqm over 5 floors. The second investment, RTVE’s former headquarters, has a constructed surface area of 2,258 sqm. Both properties are currently unoccupied.
