26 October 2015

The Croatian government plans to initiate a public call for expressions of interest for the redevelopment of a former military site in the Adriatic town of Pula. Binding offers will be sought in February 2016.

The project involves the redevelopment of the former Muzil military site under a 99-year concession agreement and is expected to represent an investment of between €150m and €200m.

The site covers 170 ha on the westernmost part of the Pula bay and makes up the central part of the Pula Riviera. The project includes 2,200 four to five star units, an 18 hole golf course and a marina.
