Meliá Hotels International has offloaded the Calas de Mallorca complex in Palma de Mallorca for €23.6m. The name of the buyer was not disclosed, however Meliá will continue to operate the complex, according to news reports. The hotel, located between Cala Domingos and Cala Antena beaches, offers 875 rooms in five buildings. The sale is in line with the company’s plans to reduce its debt.
