Perla Majestic is planning to build a residential complex in Mamaia, a town in Romania’s Constanta region. The project includes 315 in five six-floor buildings, according to a technical architecture report released by the company.
Covering 18,531 sqm in Mamaia’s Sat Camping-Hanul Piratilor district, the scheme will also feature a restaurant, pool and relaxation areas. Seventy percent of the residential complex will be permanently inhabited.
